Delivery area

At launch, orders are delivered only within mainland France. An address outside this area will not be able to complete checkout.

Dispatch and tracking

When an order is dispatched, a confirmation email provides the available tracking information. The 2-to-4-business-day estimate is indicative and starts after dispatch.

Withdrawal and returns

• You have 14 calendar days after receipt to exercise your withdrawal right.
• Returned products must be intact, unopened and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective or does not match the order.
• For hygiene and health-protection reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.
